Meet the Staff
Kellye Stellman: Personal trainer, gym owner.
Kellye Stellman is the founder of Kellye Personal Fitness (KPF) in Covington, Georgia, a fitness community built on the belief that real transformation happens when people discover strength they never knew they had.
Some gyms are built around equipment. Kellye built hers around people.
in 2013, Kellye opened the doors to KPF in a small 1,300 square-foot space with a vision of creating something different from the traditional gym environment. She wanted a place where people of all backgrounds and abilities could walk in and feel supported as they worked toward becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident.
something special began happening immediately. Members weren’t just working out-they were changing their lives. Within the first year, the gym had already outgrown its space, leading to the move into KPF’s current 4000 square-foot training facility, which continues to serve the Covington community today.
Over the years thousands of people have walked through KPF’s doors. Some came wanting to lose weight or build strength. Others arrived facing physical challenges. Kellye has trained clients with Friedreichs Ataxia, cerebral palsy, paralysis, stroke, birth defects, and traumatic injuries-all alongside everyday people determined to take back control of their health.
As both a Master Personal Trainer and Certified Life Coach,Kellye’s work goes far beyond workouts. She believes true transformation begins when people start to see themselves differently and realize they are capable of far more than they once believed. At the heart of Kellye Personal Fitness is a culture she has intentionally created — a place where people feel hope, acceptance, and the excitement of life and growth. It is a community where people are encouraged, challenged, and supported as they push past limitations they once thought defined them. Kellye’s mission is to help people discover strength they didn’t know they had and create a life where they transform into something they never dreamed possible — a version of themselves they are proud of. What started as a small local gym has grown into a powerful community known for accountability, encouragement, and life- changing results. Kellye continues expanding the reach of KPF through new programs and initiatives designed to help people transform not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Kellye lives in Covington, Georgia with her husband Keith. Together they share a large family of 7 children and 6 grandchildren. Outside of the gym, they enjoy traveling and spending time with family. Their faith and love of worship continue to guide the heart behind Kellye’s work and her passion for helping others become stronger in every area of their lives.
