We have completely reconstructed our 6-week Beginner Course-not because it wasn’t working, but because you deserve even MORE support, more structure, and more results. We increased the number of workouts in the 6 weeks because consistency is what creates confidence-and we want you moving, building momentum, and seeing progress more often. This isn’t just workout anymore. This is a full reset-physically and mentally.

  • If you would like to try a class before a course starts, any of our “Mixed Strength & Cardio” classes can be purchased and booked as a single class. We can give modifications for beginners.

how to sign up

  • You can purchase from our Pricing page. You will be asked to create a Mindbody account at check out if you don’t already have one. Courses will be posted approximately 2 weeks before they start. The name of the purchase will include the day the course starts.

  • You can also download the Mindbody app (link at bottom of page) and purchase the course this way. If you created a Mindbody account from the step above, you can still use that same login in the app. You can also book/cancel your classes through the app.

  • If you prefer to come to the gym to pay in person, please contact us to schedule a time.

What you should know

  • The cost for the entire 6 weeks plus meal plans is normally just $99!

  • As a participant in the 6 week course, you get 25 Mixed Strength & Cardio classes to schedule what works best for you.They do not have to be the same days each week and your first day does not have to be the day the course starts.

  • Each course is a set 6 weeks based on specific dates. If you purchase a course after it has already started, you will still get 25 classes to use, but will only have the remainder of that current course to use them.

  • Check out our schedule below or in the Mindbody app to see available times (Mixed Strength & Cardio classes are available to book with this course). You must book your class ahead of time. Please also cancel a booked class if you are unable to attend. Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks out.

  • Due to our disinfection process between classes, we ask that you remain outside until class time.

  • Measurements will be taken on your second session or sometime during the first week and then again at the end of the course.

  • You should receive an email from the nutritionist before your first class. Please respond to the email so she knows you received it. From there you will receive weekly emails throughout the course which contain shopping lists, meals and recipes.

  • Because we pay our trainers and nutritionist up front based on the number of registrants, we cannot refund or carry over unused or unfinished courses. If you are unable to attend for any reason during the course, you can request at home workouts to be sent via email. However, the course will not be refunded or carried over to another course.

  • After you have participated in one course, you can sign up for future courses. If you are interested in doing a bootcamp class, talk to us and we can advise if you are ready!

to prepare for your first session

  • Prioritize getting enough good quality sleep.

  • Bring water and a hand towel. Workout gloves are optional.

  • Eat healthy at least 1 to 1.5 hours before your workout.

  • Make sure you are wearing the right clothes and footwear.

What to expect

  • A no judgment environment. Everyone is on a journey to better health and we work together.

  • Hard work but positive motivation.

  • Great people and a chance to meet new friends!

  • Sweating, lots of sweating.

  • A new you if you stick with it!
