Low impact doesn’t mean low intensity-it means intentional, controlled movement that still delivers real results. With these classes, you’ll build strength, improve endurance, and increase mobility using movements that eliminate jumping and reduce unnecessary strain on your body.

Class Times:

Monday-8:30 am - Tuesday 6:45 pm- Wednesday 8:30 am-Thursday 6:45 pm- Saturday 10:15 am

Investment is only $30.99 for unlimited classes during those 2 weeks. HELP US DECIDE THE FUTURE of THIS PROGRAM
