common issues

I have purchased a course or package, but it asks me to pay when trying to book.

  • Your app may not be synced with your profile at KPF:

    • Select the Profile icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.

    • Under the Settings gear, choose to “Resend account confirmation email” at the top. 

    • Next, you will need to check your email inbox for a verification email and click the enclosed link.

    • Once you go back into the app under Profile, you should see your purchase listed under Your Passes.

  • You may be trying to book a class that is not covered by your purchase:

    • Go into your profile and Your Passes.

    • Click on use pass to see what classes are covered.

I do not see my purchases listed under Your Passes

  • Follow steps above to sync

  • If that still doesn’t work, try logging out and back in.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All clients must have their own logins and unique email addresses. Shared email addresses will not work.

Please book all classes and be sure to cancel bookings if you are unable to attend.
